Located in the heart of the Manifattura delle Arti cultural district, MAMbo – Museum of Modern Art of Bologna is the branch of Bologna’s Civic Museums dedicated to contemporary art.
Its permanent collection traces the history of Italian art from the post-World War II period to the present day, while temporary exhibitions explore the cutting-edge and experimental practices of contemporary art. The same building also houses the Morandi Museum, home to the most extensive and significant public collection dedicated to Giorgio Morandi.
